Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders, anywhere in India with no minimums or hidden
charges. It’s our little way of saying thank you for shopping at Ecoleas.
Standard Delivery
Your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Express Delivery
If you want your order sooner, at checkout you can choose express delivery for a small additional
fee. Delivery will typically take 2 to 3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can track
your order all the way to your doorstep.
Verification: Our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp to verify your order.
Preparation: Please ensure the exact amount is ready for collection at time of delivery.
Exchange Policy (No Returns, No Refunds)
● We genuinely hope that you love your order. At present, we offer exchanges, however
returns and refunds are not possible.
● If something is not right, we’ll make the exchange process as smooth and painless as
possible.
Exchange Conditions
● You may request an exchange up to 14 days after receiving your order, provided that:
● Item is unworn, unworn and undamaged
● Item is product condition
● All tags are on
● Item is in original condition
● 1 Return Item in its original packaging
